What to include in your inventory manifest
Help our purchasing team understand what is available. Send a spreadsheet or item list with your submission, plus clear photos of the goods and packaging.
- Identify each item
- SKU or UPC, brand, description, sizes, colors and any mixed assortment.
- Make quantities clear
- Selling units per case, number of cases and total selling units. List pallet counts separately.
- Describe the condition
- Packaging, returns or defects, missing components and any item-specific dates or restrictions.
- Explain the logistics
- Inventory location, loading access, approximate pallet dimensions and weight, and your availability for pickup.
- State your proposal
- Asking price, whether the lot can be split, and the contact who can answer product and inventory questions.
For example: 10 cases × 24 selling units = 240 selling units. If a selling unit is a retail multipack, describe its contents separately.
Do I need a perfect spreadsheet to start?
Send the item information you have and identify anything that still needs checking. Clear quantities and photos make the lot easier to assess. A submission is a request for review, not an accepted purchase offer.
How are price, payment and freight agreed?
Discuss the specific lot with our purchasing team. Confirm accepted items, quantities, price, payment arrangements and who handles freight before releasing goods. Do not assume a website example is the offer for your inventory.
