A lot of possibility.
A case pack is the number of selling units in a master shipping carton. “C/P 24” means 24 selling units per case—not 24 cases.
A selling unit can be a single item or a packaged set. Read the product description to understand exactly what your customer would buy.
Master case ≠ inner pack.
An inner pack is a smaller box or bag inside the master carton. Its existence doesn't mean it can be ordered separately.

Is there a membership fee?
No. Great Buy does not charge a membership fee. Product costs, shipping, and other applicable order charges are separate.
What is the minimum wholesale order?
Check the current order minimum with our team before planning your first purchase. Each product has its own case pack; a case quantity and a minimum order value are different requirements. Ask about your order.
Is the displayed price for one unit or one case?
Great Buy shows per-unit and case pricing. The per-unit price helps you compare items; the case price is for the number of selling units in that case. Check the pack size and cart quantities before ordering.
Are closeouts always available to reorder?
Closeout availability can change as inventory sells. Check the current listing and contact Great Buy if you need ongoing quantities or a repeat order; a previous purchase does not guarantee future availability.
How much does wholesale shipping cost?
Shipping depends on the packed order, destination, and delivery requirements. Review available parcel and LTL rates in the ordering flow, and specify any liftgate, residential, appointment, or other extra-service needs before choosing freight.
Do I need a liftgate for pallet delivery?
You may need a liftgate if your delivery location has no loading dock or suitable unloading equipment. A liftgate lowers pallets to ground level; inside delivery is a separate service. Confirm your requirements before booking freight.
How do I know the condition and assortment of an item?
Read the specific product description, images, pack information, and any condition notes, including “as is” where shown. Ask our team about unclear sizes, colors, assortments, or condition before ordering rather than assuming every closeout is identical.
What should I do if something is wrong with my order?
Keep your order number, item numbers, quantities, and photos of the packaging and goods, then contact Great Buy promptly. Review the current returns and refunds policy for the terms that apply to your purchase.
Can I sell my excess inventory to Great Buy?
